Shipping policy

We aim to post your package within 3 days of you placing your order.

STANDARD DELIVERIES (ESTIMATES)

UK: 3-5 working days
Parcels are sent via UK Royal Mail using 2nd class as standard.

INTERNATIONAL: 5-8 working days
Parcels are currently sent from the UK. From December 2026, they will also be sent from the Netherlands for EU customers, and from the US for customers in North America.

CUSTOMS CHARGES
We will take every precaution to make sure you face no customs charges. However, should customs charges be applied when the goods enter your country, you are responsible for those charges.

Please note: we are not responsible for late deliveries. We aim to post all orders within 3 working days; however, once we hand your package over to a postal service, it is their responsibility to deliver it safely to you.

If your order is returned to us because it was found to be undeliverable, then Webstar Games Ltd is not liable for the cost of making a subsequent delivery.
